About the Company

Founded in 1984, as we operated a Bulletin Board System (BBS) that ran on software written on a Commodore 64 by our founder, Gary Barr.  As the years progressed, the system was eventually ported to a Commodore 128 and a Commodore Amiga, before making it's way to a DOS based platform.  It was after this move, that the Digicom BBS expansion began to carry multi-lines, and gaining attention worldwide.  Through stories in USA Today, ABC News, Playboy Magazine, along with news coverage from individual print and television media outlets from across the country.

These days, Digicom has grown to offer powerful web hosting to individuals, companies and even resellers across the World.  Our services have grown to also offer Nationwide Dial-Up Access, Nationwide Satellite ISP, and for our local area customers, our PC Paramedics repair service.  Our company continues to strive on growth, but never too quickly, because our #1 priority is superior customer support.  We never want to outgrow what our customer service can support.
